She/They – Integrative Trainee Psychotherapist (UKCP Reg)

About Me

How often do you have a space that is just for you? Welcome, you have already made the first step of recognising you need this space and time.

Together we can go on a journey where you can discover what has been holding you back, work through painful memories and understand yourself better. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to be by your side and guide you every step of the way.

I’m an Integrative therapist because I don’t think one size fits all. Maybe because of my
journey trying to navigate labels that feel limiting, I am passionate about offering a space that
is free from limiting expectations. As we get to know each other I will bring different tools
and together we can figure out what works for you.

My approach is based on Relational Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Existential and Person- centred therapy. This means I believe having a trusting relationship is essential to the work we will do together. I focus on helping you make sense of your experiences and how they are affecting you today. I also believe in helping you find tools to make the changes you need in your life.

I am a psychotherapist in training currently completing the latter stages of an Integrative Psychotherapy MSc at Metanoia Institute. I have been working in mental health for 8 years and have experience working with a range of mental health difficulties (diagnosed and undiagnosed); Trauma; LGBTQIA people; sexuality and relationship difficulties; bereavement; amongst others.

As I am a trainee, my rate is £40-£50 depending on your income and the time of the day. I regularly attend supervision, training, and reflection groups to ensure the best and anti- oppressive practice.

I offer a free 15-minute phone call where I will share a bit more about myself, and you can tell me about what brought you here, and then you can decide if you want to take the next step.
