Focusing on how past relationships echo in our present day lives, I integrate the work of eminent theorists with references to contemporary culture such as music, books, sports and current events. But as scientific studies have shown, and my own experience has borne out, the full effectiveness of therapy is determined by the strength of the relationship between myself and my client.
I have come to psychotherapy after working as an international media executive and a journalist in conflict zones. Consistent throughout my career has been an engagement in issues of gender, race, work, family dynamics and intergenerational trauma.
I bring this wealth of knowledge to my practice, offering a private, non-judgemental space in which to explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences. No matter what challenges you are facing, there may be patterns of behaviour we can work together to shift and enable you to thrive.
My academic qualifications include an Msc.(hons), MA (distinction), and a BA (magna cum laude). I am completing my training in attachment-based psychotherapy at the Bowlby Centre in North London.
