I am a psychotherapist specialising in work with young people aged 11-25. I also offer parent work. My core training is psychodynamic, which means I help you work towards an understanding of unconscious processes that might be driving feelings or behaviour. I have additional training in energy psychotherapy methods (e.g. self-administered acupressure tapping to calm the nervous system) and am currently training as a Soma breath instructor.

I have previously worked as a therapist at an adolescent mental health community clinic, coordinating therapy services in a youth offending and social care team and in various secondary schools. Before becoming a therapist, I was an Assistant SEND coordinator in a school. Having worked with young people from a wide range of different backgrounds and with different presenting problems, I have a good understanding of the challenges of this life stage and how to support you through them.
