About Me
I’m a fully qualified and accredited therapist with training in CBT, integrative psychotherapy, and EMDR. I have worked both privately, for charities and have worked within the NHS, bringing a depth of clinical knowledge and a genuine, down-to-earth presence to the work we do together. Therapy with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and always focused on helping you reconnect with your strengths and inner resources.
You don’t have to stay stuck. Change is possible. Healing is real.
I’m a qualified CBT and integrative psychotherapist and EMDR therapist, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help you move through challenges and toward lasting emotional well-being.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by trauma, navigating depression, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on—and help you find a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable.
How I Work
I take an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic understanding, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
You’re not a diagnosis or a symptom. You’re a whole person, and I’ll meet you where you are—with curiosity, respect, and collaboration. Whether you’re struggling with longstanding issues or recent events, we’ll work together to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build tools for resilience and lasting change.
Some Areas I Can Help With:
• Anxiety, panic, and overthinking
• Trauma and PTSD (past or recent)
• Depression and low self-worth
• Imposter syndrome
• Grief, loss, and life transitions
• Relationship difficulties
• Neurodiversity
• Childhood and developmental trauma
• Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
What is EMDR and How Can It Help?
If you feel trapped by distressing memories or emotional triggers, EMDR is a powerful therapeutic method that helps the brain process and release trauma. It’s particularly effective for those who feel “stuck” in the past, whether due to a single incident or years of emotional pain. Where appropriate, I can integrate EMDR into longer-term psychotherapy.
I also offer stand-alone EMDR treatment to guide you through a safe and structured process to reduce the emotional charge of traumatic experiences and promote lasting healing. These sessions are typically 90 minutes, the structure and timing are agreed collaboratively after a thorough assessment.
Where I Work
I work both online and face-to-face in comfortable, quiet rooms in central London. Standard sessions are £90.
