DR. SAMUEL CLACK

Clinical Psychologist (HCPC Registered)

About Me

I’m a HCPC-registered senior clinical psychologist offering sessions both in person and online.

Over the last six years, I have worked across a variety of settings (including private practice, universities, and public health) supporting people to strengthen their mental health and overall wellbeing.

I draw on several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

My work often focuses on helping people build coping skills, manage anxiety and mood, improve sleep, navigate relationships and life transitions, and process experiences of trauma. I have special interests in men’s health, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ wellbeing.

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process – a space where we can explore your experiences together and develop practical strategies to support your wellbeing. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a warm, non-judgemental, and relaxed style. You’ll leave each session with new tools and insights you can use in everyday life.

If you have any questions about the way I work, or whether I may be able to support you, please visit my website or reach out via email. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help point you in the right direction.
