(MBACP, NCPS Acc) Relationship Psychotherapy Somatic Trauma Therapy Addiction Recovery & ADHD Specialist
I offer sessions at Islington Therapy House for individuals and couples, providing a safe and supportive space for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Perhaps you feel lost, like you’ve taken a wrong turn, or you’re facing something broken that seems impossible to repair. In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space, have the opportunity to share your story and start something new.
I integrate Psychodynamic, Somatic, Transpersonal, and Integrative psychotherapy also drawing on the work of Bader-Pearson, Pia Mellody, and Gabor Maté. My approach explores how past experiences shape present behaviours, emotions, and relationships—helping clients break free from unhelpful patterns and move towards greater self-awareness and fulfilment.
As human beings, we are naturally wired for connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Whether you’re seeking therapy as an individual or as a couple, my approach is centred on helping you make sense of your past, gain insight into your struggles, and forge a compassionate path toward healing and wholeness.
Together we will explore what you need to move forward. Through our work, you’ll cultivate resilience, joy, and a sense of freedom—moving from reactive patterns to conscious choices.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, or to book an initial session.
