About Me
Training and experience
I initially trained as a Clinical Psychologist and undertook further post-qualification specialist training in Psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic.
I currently hold a leadership role in an Inner London NHS specialist psychotherapy service and I work in private practice.
I work with people presenting with a range of psychological difficulties, including relationship issues, adjustment difficulties, work-related stress, mood disorders and neurodiversity.
Therapeutic approach
I offer a range of evidence-based psychological approaches (including CBT, CFT, DBT) in both short and longer-term treatment, facilitating practical skills to manage initial symptoms effectively, as well as offering space to move beyond symptomatology and reflect on the wider context of your difficulties.

Initial consultation
The decision to engage in psychotherapy may not be an easy one, often evoking difficult feelings. This is why I offer an initial consultation appointment in a confidential and ethical space—to discuss your reasons for seeking treatment and to explore the nature of your difficulties with the aim of deciding the most suitable form of therapy and individual therapeutic goals.
