I am an integrative psychotherapist working one-to-one with adults who are navigating a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and relationship issues. I believe that therapy offers an opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and meaningful transformation. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or simply curious about yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore your story, reconnect with your inner self, and move toward a more authentic and empowered version of yourself.
I have two years of experience working with Islington Mind, supporting clients with complex mental health issues, and I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
How I work
My approach draws on both psychodynamic and humanistic traditions. I create a compassionate, reflective space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface and identify the unconscious patterns, past experiences, and inner conflicts that may be shaping your present life. You will be met with warmth, respect, and curiosity, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
First session and what to expect
In our first meeting, we will complete an assessment. This gives me a sense of what is happening for you and helps us decide together whether and how we might work. This session is an opportunity for you to ask questions about how I work, for me to understand your needs, and for you to get a sense of whether you feel comfortable with me as your therapist.
Areas I work with
I have experience working with a broad range of issues including (but not limited to):
Anxiety & panic
Depression & low mood
Trauma, including post-traumatic stress
Identity issues
Neurodiversity & ADHD
Loss, grief & bereavement
Self-esteem & self-worth difficulties
Relationship issues (past and present)
Life transitions, redundancy, and work-related stress
Types of therapy and clients
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, face-to-face in the heart of Islington, as well as online for greater flexibility. My training in integrative practice allows me to draw on whichever approaches best serve you—working with patterns from the past, exploring the here-and-now, and fostering self-compassion and awareness. I work with adults and older adults; organisations and trainees may also be possible by arrangement.
