Liz Hill is a compassionate and experienced DBT therapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse with over two decades of dedicated service in the NHS. Specialising in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Liz has spent her career helping individuals navigate complex emotional challenges, develop resilience, and cultivate a life worth living. Her expertise lies in empowering people to regulate their emotions, enhance interpersonal skills, and achieve meaningful change.
