Psychologist & Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, BACP Registered

About me

Choosing to enter therapy is a significant step toward understanding yourself more deeply and navigating life’s complexities. I offer a warm, grounding, and collaborative space where you can bring whatever feels heavy or uncertain, knowing you will be met with deep empathy, curiosity, and respect.

At the heart of my work is the belief that much of how we feel, adapt, and connect today is shaped by the subtle threads of our early relationships and unconscious patterns. Over more than ten years of supporting adults in non-profit and private settings, I have learned that true healing is not about fixing what is broken, but gently exploring the parts of yourself that have long been unheard. Whether you are navigating persistent anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relational hardships, neurodivergence, or profound life transitions, we will work together to make sense of your inner world and cultivate a lasting sense of agency, resilience, and ease.

I welcome every background, identity, and life story with open-hearted inclusivity.
